Orders and Shipping
To combat waste, we finish your items only when you order. This process typically takes 3-5 business days before your order is dispatched.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Your order should arrive within 6-8 business days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24:Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days.
We know this is longer than you’d expect from typical fast fashion brands, but we think it’s worth the wait considering the positive impact.
You can easily create an account on our site. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to create a password for a new account. You can also create one at any time by visiting “My Account” which can be found at the top and bottom of the page.
If you need to change the address on an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.
You can also change your default shipping address at any time by logging into your account and updating your details under the: My Account > Addresses section.
We will send you email notifications at every stage of your order. You will receive a final email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns about your order’s status, please contact our customer support team.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) for all UK orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you will pay.

UK: Royal Mail, EVRi, or DPD
Europe: Royal Mail or DPD
United States: USPS
Canada: Royal Mail
While we do our best to group all your items together, occasionally they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. If this happens, you will receive a separate dispatch notification and tracking link for each package.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is appreciated.
If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights. Please contact us with details and images of the fault.
Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you’ve received the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item/s in question. We’ll sort it straight away – either by sending the correct item or arranging a refund. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a free return label.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt. If the damage or fault is discovered after opening the package, please contact us within 48 hours of discovery with your order number and photos. Reporting promptly helps us resolve your claim quickly and secure coverage from our carrier. You have up to 30 days from delivery to request a replacement or refund under our returns policy.
Please contact us before returning any items. We’ll provide you with a packing slip and instructions for the correct return address based on your reason for returning the item. This ensures your return is processed quickly and correctly.

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please please visit the contact us page as soon as possible and notify us.
You will need to provide the order number correct shipping information.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to change the address.
We understand that plans can change! You can request to cancel your order at any time by visiting My Account → Orders.
Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually cancel it.
After dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost (excluding any shipping charges). Return shipping is your responsibility.

Yes! Some products are available for pre-order before they are released or back in stock. When you place a pre-order, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the product becomes available. You may be charged either immediately or when the item is released, depending on the payment setup. You’ll also receive updates via email if there are any changes to your pre-order.
